Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 30, 2025

At Daedalus Distribution, LLC (“Daedalus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to delivering quality vending machines and equipment to our customers. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the process for requesting a return or refund for products purchased directly through us.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept product returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product from what was confirmed in your purchase order.
  • The product was damaged during delivery and is reported immediately upon receipt.

Note: All returned products must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned within 7 business days of delivery

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Machines damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or customer handling after delivery
  • Customized or special-order products unless damaged or defective upon arrival

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • You were charged but did not receive the product
  • You received a wrong item or an incomplete order
  • You received a product that was damaged in transit

Once the claim is verified and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


3. How to File a Claim

To request a return or refund, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery using one of the methods below:

  • Description of the issue
  • Photos (if damage or incorrect item)

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited back to your:

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Bank Account
  • Payment Wallet (if used)

Refunds cannot be made to alternative accounts or in cash.


5. Exceptions

No refunds or returns will be issued for:

  • Machines that have been installed and used
  • Issues reported after 72 hours of delivery (unless under warranty)
  • Consumables or accessories (unless defective)
